All student-athletes who wish to participate on any sports team must have a current and complete physical on file in the athletic office before they try-out.  

Directions to download your physical form to take to the doctor:

1. Go to Your VCS Account (Link) and log in
2. Click on "Athletics Particpation" on the right
3. Click the "Print Now" button

Many physicians are still only doing virtual visits, so please make an apppointment for virtual or in-person exam.
